What’s new
Tempo has a new Reports page, right after Workouts in the sidebar. Pick a period (Last week, This month, Last month, Year to date or Custom), an activity type and All locations, outdoor or indoor, and it adds up everything you did.
You get eight totals: Activities, Active days, Duration, Distance, Climbing, Load, Work and Calories, with weekly averages. Weekly breakdown draws a bar per week for Hours, Load and Heat Load by default, and its menu adds Distance, Climbing, Work or Calories. Below that are your Power zones and Heart rate zones, and an Intensity distribution that labels the period Polarized, Pyramidal, Base, Threshold, High intensity or Mixed. When the period has heat data, Heat strain and Air temperature cards appear too.
Why it helps
Most training questions are about weeks and months, not single rides. Did the build add volume? Is this season ahead of last? Did your easy days stay easy? Reports answers them without adding up rides by hand.
How to try it
Open Reports in the sidebar on the web. Turn on Compare to see each total against the previous period. Year to date is compared with the same dates last year.
Note: Reports is free for everyone. The Intensity distribution card requires a Premium subscription.
