**What’s new**

The Home page now has a redesigned **What’s next** section: a chronological agenda that shows upcoming scheduled workouts, events, and notes, with month headers, date chips, and a direct link to the Calendar.

You’ll also see **Today’s workouts** whenever you’ve completed a workout today. Each row includes key workout details and feedback.

Finally, **Today’s Metrics** now includes an **Energy** row with Calories Burned, Calories Consumed, Energy Balance, and 7-day Energy Availability.

**Why it helps**

You can review what’s coming up, revisit today’s training, and understand whether you’re fueling enough—all from one place, without switching between Calendar, Workouts, and Energy pages.

**How to try it**

Open **Home** on the web. Find **Today’s workouts** and the redesigned **What’s next** agenda alongside your daily metrics. Use **Open calendar** from the agenda to plan or update upcoming training.
